If you are a Rental Property Owner or a Property Management Company for a property located in Brackenridge, said property must be registered on an annual basis.  We do not require a property inspection.

The Landlord-Tenant report is to contain the following information: names and addresses of all persons occupying real estate owned and/or in the control of the landlord; landlord/property owner name, address, phone number and signature.
